Today I’m at orgjunkie.com!
Posted on March 25th, 2009 4 commentsToday you can find me at a great blog called I’m an Organizing Junkie. Laura is a self-proclaimed organizing junkie who is addicted to organizing – her readers are better for it, because Laura shares her best tips on how to stay organized. Check out my post on how to re-purpose a tea-box for home organization and read my tutorial on how to turn an empty tea-box and cut-up magazines into a pretty box for storage or gifts!

Also, I apologize for the lack of posts lately – I’ve been suffering from a terrible case of the flu and I’m still recovering. I promise to be back posting again soon, answering my comments and emails! Thanks!

Get better SQ (or should I say Megan now that I figured out your name!). Score one for Erran.
Hopefully, sniff-ul-lapagus will pass.
Been wondering about the lack of activity.I’ve been fighting my own battle. Found out on Saturday I have shingles for now. When did I become 60 all of a sudden?!? That must be a sign that work is wearing me down. Not so good. But definitely getting a better understanding of living with pain SQ. I pray none of you get it because this is some intense pain that hasn’t lightened up yet.
Keep the posts comin’.

Oh, any ideas for a tea box? I would love to have a beautiful wooden box to place tea packets in (I have a fetish of collecting tea packs from hotels). Seen it a few times at different hotels, and is such a elegant way to present tea packs. I looked at Michaels, but the boxes looked so cheap. Numi tea seems to have a couple nice ones but ain’t cheap. Maybe I should just go to Home Depot et al and buy a couple pieces of wood and DIY it.

So sorry to hear that you are sick Erran! What a nightmare.
An easy way to store loose packets of tea is in a metal tin, that you can buy at the dollar store. If you are set on having a wooden one, I vote for trying it yourself. Let me know if you try it and if it works out for you. Feel better sooN! -
[...] or papers. Cover with scrapbook paper, contact paper, wrapping paper, or make a collage like the one I made here with the tea box. Trim and secure using double sided glue or a glue [...]
